Welcome to Comhdháil na Breataine 2021, a chance for the Irish language community in Britain to get together online and share our experience, views and insight.

PROGRAMME

- Opening talk by Dr Niall Comer, President of Conradh na Gaeilge
- Special guests Bez Martin and Caz Newley (daughters of Margaret Keane) talking about their own story, and on the importance of Irish culture to the community in Britain
- Information from different regions about what Irish language activities are going on
- Discussion of topics relating to the language in Britain
- Sean-nós singing by Aisling Clifford

This event will be mostly bilingual. We’ll start about 7pm on Saturday 19 June. A Zoom link will be sent out closer to the time. All organisations and individuals with an interest in the Irish language in Britain are very welcome. For more info, contact londain@cnag.ie.
